Heather Schiappacasse has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience; 20 years focused in the Health Care Industry. Heather worked for 10 plus years with multiple Blue Cross conglomerates, in numerous markets which include, Taft Hartley Funds, self-funded TPAs and Blue Cross Plans.

Career highlights include; a contributor to the VEBA for the UAW Retirees in conjunction with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Heather was instrumental in launching a new dental offering for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, within the HCSC Conglomerate.

Additionally, Heather managed self-funded labor groups of over 10,000 lives to include – AFSCME, UFCW’s, UAW Ford. During her tenure at DenteMax HCSC, Heather managed 17 Blue Cross Contracts which included their TPA subsidiaries.

Heather currently is a managing partner of HC Consulting LLC and the Vice President of Sales at a national pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Campbell is the co-founder of HC Consulting, a modern-day healthcare consulting firm. Prior to HC consulting, in 2019, in 2017 he co-founded Hooray Health an Urgent Care and Retail Clinic health plan. Agentra,LLC. Agentra 2017 sales exceeded 100m. Jim models what has been instrumental to his long-term success, a Positive Mental Attitude, Patience, Persistence and Passion for the health care business, his colleagues and their customers.

Mr. Campbell was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, for the Branch Office Division of United American and Liberty National Life Insurance Companies beginning in 2008, where he successfully converted a distressed and predominately underage 65, health insurance sales-force, to a voluntary benefits sales force. Through this wholesale conversion, he improved the overall quality of business by substantially reducing the cancellation rate’ to single digits and generated 25M of net sales growth within the first 12 months.

Between 2002 and 2008, Jim was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with Sterling Life Insurance Company an Aon Corp subsidiary. Jim re-engineered the sales and marketing division by recruiting a highly talented staff with the skills and abilities necessary to grow and retain sales staff during the business transition. Jim successfully managed the sales force restructure, resulting in consistent double-digit top line revenue and bottom line profit growth from $180M to $1B

Jims career began in 1992, with United American Insurance Company, a Torchmark subsidiary as a senior market Sales Agent. His many successes resulted in his promotion to Unit Sales Manager in 1993, to Branch Manager in 1995, and to one of three Directors of Agency in 1997. Over his ten years at United American, Jim earned several national sales awards.

Jim served in the US Navy and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Jim is a devoted husband to his wife Karen and has 3 sons, Matthew, Riley and Garrett, and their daughter, Zoe.

Brian has been in the insurance business for 37 years and is currently with Lindsey Health Holdings where he serves as a Sales Development Director. His previous 10 years was with Agentra LLC where he was one of the original founders and served as the VP of Sales and Recruiting. Prior to that, Brian worked for Sterling Life Insurance. He was instrumental in expanding the Marketing Sales Organization from 24 to 65 offices through the recruitment of quality, talented and experienced Insurance Sales Managers and Unit Sales Managers. Additionally, Brian Managed a successful recruiting team whose responsibility was to grow agency strength which increased by over 300% during his four years in this role. Prior to that Brian was one of the company’s leading recruiting and Sales Managers with Physicians Mutual, where he spent 10 years building operations from inception to success for PMIC/PLIC. Brian started his career with the New York Life Insurance Company in 1983 and achieved “Top Club” status during his second year. In 1986, he was asked by his executive director to move to a “Recruiting and Management” role with the Baltimore Life Insurance Company where Brian was charged with building operations in Western PA, NE Ohio and SW New York. Brian was exceptionally successful in this role as a “Recruiter and Management Trainer” and remained in this position for 10 years, recruiting literally hundreds of agents and several successful sales managers, helping to create what was known as the company’s “Western Region.”

Brian served in the US Navy and is a graduate of Dale Carnegie. He holds the CLTC designation and during his tenure at Baltimore Life, Brian acquired his LUTCF designation. (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow). During his career in the Insurance business, Brian has been involved in the recruiting and training of several hundred agents and managers, and feels the greatest reward in his life is helping others become successful in the Insurance industry.

Brian recently celebrated his 37th anniversary with his wife Mary in McKinney TX. Brian and Mary have two sons, Ryan, and Mark and lost his eldest son Jeremy in April of 2018.
